PENNY WARS 2025…
Get ready to gather your gold (or silver) and join the race! Bring your change (pre-rolled coins count for double points) and bills to drop into the grade’s jar at the start of each day. The jars will be stored in the MPR, so keep your eyes peeled like a Koopa Troopa watching for a Mario!
Pennies and Bills = Positive Points (like hitting a power-up block!)
Silver Coins = Negative Points (watch out, it's a Goomba!)
Coin Rolls = DOUBLE Points! (both positive and negative, so it’s like finding a 1-Up mushroom!)
NEW FOR 2025 - Now accepting Zelle digital donations! Zelle donations = DOUBLE Points! When making your donation, YOU must include the Grade so we know how to award the points.

The goal: Collect the most points for your grade and win a Popcorn Party and extra recess time! 🍿
The proceeds from Penny Wars will help level-up our campus with new, COLD, water bottle fillers around the school.

Monday, 2/24 - THE WAR BEGINS
Tuesday, 2/25 - Double Negative Day - all your silver coins count 2X for negative points
Wednesday, 2/26 - Midweek WINNER - The grade level in the lead at the end of today gets Otter Pops on Thursday, 2/27!
Thursday, 2/27 - Double Positive Day - all your pennies, bills, and Zelle donations count 2X for positive points!
Friday, 2/28 - ALL DONATIONS, including Zelle, due by 9am AZ time.
