4:30pm - 6:30pm at Norterra Canyon School

Y’all are invited for a festive holiday vendor market. NCPTSA invited over 20 local artisan vendors to set up shop for all your holiday gift giving needs. Grab something for a teacher, staff member, family, friend, or yourself! Get a jump start on holiday shopping and mingle with your Norterra Canyon community. This is a family event, please no drop-offs and all students and children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

The Event Features:

  • Food Trucks!

    • Coffee Cart - also serving hot chocolate at the event!

  • Santa Visit and Photos!

    • Santa agreed to take a quick break from the North Pole cold to join us for this one special night. Grab a photo with Santa and share your wish list with the Big Man.

    • Santa will be available for photos starting at 5pm-6pm

  • Holiday Light Side by Side Parade:

    • At the end of the event, join us at the Car Pick Up line for a festive parade featuring volunteer groups with decorated rides!

    • Vehicles will be on display in the bus line. Parade to start at 6:30pm

  • Family Yard Games: play a round of corn hole or Jenga while you sing carols and spread holiday cheer.

Information for Vendors

We are so excited to bring your business to our Norterra Canyon families! To secure your spot in the Yo Ho Ho Holiday Market, please complete the Vendor Interest Form above. Your spot is not secured until your form is completed and payment collected (link to pay sent after Vendor Interest form submitted).

Vendor Spots - your rental fee includes use of one parking lot spots (standard size, 10’ by 20’ spot) and you may purchase more than one spot if needed.

  • Spots do not include electricity. Pop-ups, tents, and tables must all be supplied by the vendor.

  • This is a holiday themed market and we encourage lights, music, and decorations! Just please be respectful of noise and your vendor neighbors.

  • Set-up opens at 4pm, event starts at 4:30pm. Event completion at 6:30pm and must be off school property by 7pm.

  • All vendors must be appropriate for elementary school participants.
