Information for Vendors:

We are so excited to bring your business to our Norterra Canyon School families! Our 2025 event brought over 300 attendees to our school to mingle and jingle while holiday shopping. To secure your spot in the Yo Ho Ho Holiday Market, please complete the Vendor Registration Form above. Your spot is not secured until your form is completed, approved by NCPTSA, and payment collected, CLICK HERE for online payment.

Vendor Spots - your rental fee includes use of one numbered spot (standard size, 10’ by 10’ spot) and you may purchase more than one spot if needed.

• Spots do not include electricity. Pop-ups, tents, and tables must all be supplied by the vendor.

• This is a holiday themed market and we encourage lights, music, and decorations! Just please be respectful of noise and your vendor neighbors.

• Set-up opens at 3:30pm, event starts at 4:30pm. Event completion at 7pm and must be off school property by 8pm.

• All vendors must be appropriate for elementary school participants.

Mingle and jingle while you get your holiday shopping done early! NCPTSA invited 45+ local, artisan vendors to set up shop for all your holiday gift giving needs. Grab something for a teacher, staff member, family, friend, and yourself! This is a family event, please no drop-offs and all students and children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Parking is limited and please consider carpooling.

• Santa Visit and Photos!

  • Santa agreed to take a quick break from the North Pole cold to join us for this one special night. Grab a photo with Santa and share your wish list with the Big Man.

  • Santa will be available for photos starting at 5pm.

• Raffle Basket and PBIS POINTS!

  • Our vendors have generously donated an item/certificate to our NC community. Raffle tickets are $2 each, or 6 tickets for $10 at the event!
    MUST BE PRESENT AT THE MARKET TO WIN! Drawing at 6:30PM.

  • PBIS POINTS - Students are able to earn up to 7 PBIS points for joining in on the fun! Stop by our main Norterra Canyon PTSA booth to pickup your Market Passport and visit up to 5 vendor booths to collect your stamps. Return your Passport to the Norterra Canyon Booth to submit for points. Earn 2 more points by bringing a grand family member (grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, etc) to the market too!

• Hot Cocoa fundraiser by NC Student Government:

  • Stop by the NC StuGo booth for a delicious cup of hot cocoa. All proceeds benefit the Norterra Canyon Student Government.

• Teddy Bear Workshop! Preorder your adorable build-a-bear style animal and pickup at the holiday market! ORDER HERE BEFORE the Thanksgiving Deadline.
